Guiding families to listen deeper, love stronger, and grow together.

Even in the hardest moments, your family has the strength to grow.

Samantha Frum, NCC, LMHC

My name is Samantha Frum. I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida.

As a Nova Southeastern University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health, I bring evidence-based therapeutic approaches to every client relationship. I work with individuals and families, providing telehealth counseling sessions throughout Florida.

I work with preteens, teenagers, young adults, and families who are feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, silence, or emotional disconnection. Whether your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, or behavioral challenges—or your family is weighed down by tension that never seems to lift—I provide a warm, direct, and collaborative space to address what’s beneath the surface.

Using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with a family systems approach, I help clients build skills for emotional regulation, healthy communication, and resilience. My goal is to guide adolescents and families toward greater understanding, connection, and relief from the stressors they’re facing. I am available for sessions Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

“Samantha not only helped our daughter navigate one of the most difficult chapters of her life, but she also supported our entire family with empathy and insight.”
